Simple. We agree and sign your standard lease agreement with agreed upon lease term (36-84 months). Review and sign my Short Term Rental (STR) addendum that authorizes me to provide STR services as part of the lease agreement. 

Absolutely nothing! Traditional property management services, i.e. marketing, photos, finding tenants, etc. are an inherent part of my Short term rental business. 

Yes, we are covered by Progressive Slice Short term rental (STR) insurance and the STR listing platform for up to $1M in damages.
